Separate from execution
BIX evaluates strategy without owning the workflows it evaluates — so its recommendations aren't shaped by the system that runs them.
BIX is an independent financial decision intelligence concept for Order-to-Cash. It is designed to verify how decisions are made, explore what would happen if they were made differently, and help decide what to change — alongside your existing systems, not instead of them.
Verify → What-if → Decide is the core. Around it: the data it starts from, the people who approve and implement, and the measurement that sharpens the next round. Follow one of four fictional examples through every stage.
An explanatory view of the intended BIX method — not a claim that every stage is implemented today. There are no live ERP integrations, no autonomous changes, no continuous learning and no validated predictive models.
Predict — the long-term capability. Estimating from your own historical data what is realistically achievable, with stated uncertainty. It is being validated with design partners and is not available today. Until then, every what-if result on this site is arithmetic on assumptions.
BIX evaluates strategy without owning the workflows it evaluates — so its recommendations aren't shaped by the system that runs them.
Financial estimates show their inputs, formulas and uncertainty. If a number can't be explained, it shouldn't drive a decision.
BIX recommends; your teams decide. Changes are introduced deliberately so their impact can be measured.
Designed to complement your existing enterprise technology. BIX is intended to sit above your ERP, accounts receivable and collections tools: learning from their outcomes and recommending better decisions, while your teams and systems stay in control of execution.
BIX is pre-launch. Integration approaches will be shaped together with our design partners; no integrations are available today.
Conceptual architecture. Your teams decide which recommendations to adopt.
Test candidate workflows before you commit implementation budget to them.
Challenge configured workflows and quantify the alternatives.
Compare realised results with what was expected — and keep improving.
BIX is pre-launch. We think it matters to be precise about the difference between our public demonstration and the platform in development.
| Capability | Website simulator (on this site) | BIX platform (long-term vision) |
|---|---|---|
| How to access it | On our homepage | Today through an expert-led assessment for founding design partners (applications open); as software in the future |
| Purpose | Illustrate the financial value of a DSO improvement | Estimate which strategy changes are realistically achievable |
| Source of improvement | An assumption you choose | Analysis of your historical operational data |
| Method | Transparent arithmetic on your inputs | Analytical, and where validated, predictive and causal models |
| Output | Working capital and financing benefit for your scenario | Ranked recommendations with assumptions and measured results |
| Data required | None — runs in your browser | Your operational data, analysed with your consent |
